The plug-in generates and displays measurements for any box within an InDesign document, including text, picture and unassigned “none” boxes.

Plug-In is capable of generating the following measurements (each on their own layer)

• Intra-box measurements, which are measurements of a box from edge to edge.

• Extra-box measurements, which are measurements from box to page edge.

• Inter-box gaps, which are measurements between separate boxes.

PictureReporter places Image attribute labels for each placed Image in the InDesign Document. It can put Image Name, Color Model, Resolution, Effective PPI and other attributes. Advantage of this plug-in over scripting is that the plug-in will put all the labels on a separate layer. Users can show and hide that layer. Image labels have their own style sheet and users can change the style sheet to change the look and feel of labels.
